The Genny Farnan Robinson
Scholarship Fund

Genny Lynn Farnan Robinson is an inspiration to our community.

A beautiful woman with a lovable laugh, quick wit, and an outgoing personality, Genny's ability to make friends with anyone she met made her a rising star in Cape May County! Genny's many passions in her short life culminated with her love for basketball. Excelling at the sport at a young age, Genny scored over 1000 points as a Wildwood Catholic High School Crusader.

Genny valued a good college education, which she earned at Rowan University, where she graduated in 2009 with a BA in Education: Health and Exercise Science. Her goal was to work with our youth in Cape May County with an emphasis on Girls basketball!

After three years of demonstrating her grit and selflessness in her battle against brain cancer, Genny's fight ended on March 31, 2016, when she passed away surrounded by her loved ones.

In lieu of flowers, Genny's family requested that donations be sent to the Lunch with Lynch Foundation, an organization where Genny and her husband Will actively volunteered. Genny's family, alongside John and Vicki Lynch, decided to create a scholarship fund in Genny's name with the donations that were received in her memory.

We hope to honor Genny's own passions and intentions as we introduce the following seven scholarships and Will's Wish totaling $8,000 from our community's generosity!
